Why were India and Pakistan in the same group for this World Cup?
2 cricket crazy nations! The ICC couldn’t afford to see both of them getting knocked out in the first group stage of a World Cup again. That would again mean huge losses from income via ticketing and television ads etc. Pairing them together would guarantee that at least one team progressed.
Well call it destiny, but the moment the Group D match between India and Pakistan finished as a tie and India won the bowl-out…
…one did get a feeling as if this wasn’t over yet.
On Monday, 24th September, 2007 – India and Pakistan will face each other once more and this time for the title of ICC Twenty20 World Champions!

There is no mention of World Cup in any of the Twenty20 tournament currently underway..Hence the title(url) of ur website is misleading.

well first of all there is good think that our both asia team in the finals .. well this is very good massage to the Austirall, south Africa , and England team that now we show them that we together and untied ..
